Cancellations: registrations may be changed, or cancelled if necessary, up until October 31 (after which we confirm our numbers with the venue).

The conference hotel room rate is held until October 6, subject to availability.

All events will be held at the Banff Park Lodge in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Registrants will have a choice of three pre-symposium workshops which will be offered Thursday, November 7, 2024. Lunch for registrants is included in the cost of registration.

Symposium registration includes conference materials, plenary and concurrent sessions, opening night reception and keynote banquet, and both breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Dinner is on your own, Friday, November 8, 2024.

The Mokakiiks Centre for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning has secured a conference rate at the Banff Park Lodge in the amount of $147 plus applicable taxes. To get the special rate, please book your room through this link.

Our room block is available until October 6, 2024. Please reserve your room early to avoid disappointment.

The Symposium opening night reception, banquet, and keynote are included in your registration costs. If you would like to bring a guest who is not attending the Symposium to the opening night events, additional banquet tickets will be available as an add-on with your registration.
