Pitch Room Instructions

For your assigned table, you have access to:

• Sharing your screen
• Communal whiteboard
• Table specific chat

Each table has a maximum of eight seats. Thus, if there are three presenters, a maximum of five attendees can join your table.

• If you wish to have four or more presenters in a pitch room, please contact SoTLInstitute@mtroyal.ca asap to discuss options on how we can address this. Once the program is set in October, there will be fewer options for accommodating.
